...a man/boy pursues a woman/girl (not one of those lechers pursuing a pure high school girl ones-no old man- high school girl ones) in such a crazed/obsessed manner that he doesnt care what he has to do for getting her? And also gets her at the end..?
Preferable though not compulsory for the man's image to start off as a nice guy who then gets dark in his obsession- does this theme even exist in those mediums?
One close example is hana yori dango but I dont like domyoji so much though i like the manga...

The only one I can think of at the moment is 100% Perfect Girl. It's not a favorite of mine, but it should fit with what you're looking for. The guy, a prince, falls in love with a Korean girl. Takes her back to his country to get engaged. The prince starts to become quite obsessive about keeping her - moreso when she
suffers amnesia . Don't know if they live happily after, as the manga isn't finished.
Lol School Days 🤣 Except this time its the girls who become crazy over the guy.
And there's the usual stuff by Shinjo Mayu - stuff like Haou Airen.
There's also the manga by Osakabe Mashin, which usually feature "pushy" guys, which normally lead to hints of or outright rape.

Love Celeb ~ Rich boy pursues the one actress who won't easily be seduced. Not sure if gets darker, I dropped it myself since love stories aren't my thing but you might like it.
Angel Sanctuary ~ Setsuna pursues his love Sara literally through Heaven and Hell. Also it's an incestuous relationship so they strive to be with each other despite knowing it hold terrible consequences. Again might suit you.
