i cant buy manga cause there is no manga shop in turkey. ok there r some but they only have thing like yu-gi-oh or dragon ball-z and thing like these which i hate... and i cant buy it online cause delivery fees just takes too much money 😢 umm like $50 per order..

i brought only 2 in total one was crimson hero n the other some short stories
but then i noticed the vol of crimson hero i brought i already read online
i would buy manga if they released more of my favs n more manwha downloadin is just convenient now n most of the time has the newest release
plus my friend lends me her manga..

hmmm i only have 1 Manga book on my shelf T^T but really im like so proud i got to buy one XD plus i agree reading the book versus reading it online are totally different!! i bought Full metal alchemist Volume 1 (a series i never really got into, only bought it cause it was the only one i could find at this store!) but the book sucked me in~ now im on like the 5th volume.online of course~ I would like to buy more but i feel kinda stupid _ ppl look at you funny and 1 manga book where i live is like $10+! so gay!

I would buy more if I
a) had a job and
b) wasn't so cheap with money (they're really expensive for me too! Stupid Canadian prices)

I'm a saver, not a spender, but when I do spend, I spend large amounts - which kind of scares me.

I have about less than 10 manga's on my self and over half is yaoi published by either Blu or June. The other is LoveCom and Hoshi no Koe (but I abosolutely love them so much much - especially the last one.)

Edit: and BECK! I absolutely love Beck to death. Tokyopop needs to catch up to the scanlations! There's only 12 volumes out in North America but Japan's already finished with 34 volumes T.T<

However, there's a convention coming up next week (which means that I'm probably going to be spending a lot.)

But most of the manga that I enjoy reading are yet to be licsensed OR they are unavailable at stores. And I can't order from online >.<

Wait until I get a job...

I buy online sometimes and with increasing frequency (I bought two last month and already bought one this month).
I didn't buy for a long time because it's hard to hide from my mom (who thinks manga rots the brain; or would, if she knew the difference between manga, anime and comics) and because I have little to no money.

I think in total, I own 5 copies, (one is actually the omnibus edition of xxxholic, so that is like 3 volumes altogether. It was only $12 so hell yes I bought it.)

But mostly everything I have, I didn't buy. I bought them with a gift card or something, or someone else offered to pay for them. 🤣

I'm too cheap. I'll do anything I can to save a dollar to spend on sweets.

I own about 40 manga volumes.
I found a manga shop 'nearby' my 2nd adress.

I found Berserk there so I bought it.
They also started importing Gantz so I'm keeping an eye on those new releases as well.
Then also bought some euhm. Parasyte and Death Note volumes, but I'll continue those when I find some more cash to spare 😎

Also wanted to buy the Dragonball series ( just for "old times' sake" ) but they only have it in Dutch 😔 It's like another pussy version of the cut version 😛

I usually buy ones that I can't find raws of or the series is really good that I'd want to buy the raw just to have it.

Got 46 manga volumes altogether. (Only the raws)
My eng collection.. About half that.

Thanks to a bookstore I found that sells 2nd hand manga that is in top condition.. Some are almost brand new, going only for a $1 to $4.50. That store is gonna increase my collection ^_^
