I could list a bunch of things that I prefer, but they aren't really things that I moe over. (Yes, in my world/dictionary, moe can be a noun or a verb)

Anyway:
Real Life: Cute face and awesome personality goes far. Proportional body, brains, appearance, financial assets, etc are all gravy.

Manga/anime: Tsundere, and cute outfits (uniforms especially: maids, waitresses, police, school, etc). And very rarely, a good voice will just make me melt. Could be sexy, could be cute, I don't know. Hard to explain, but yeah.

Crossed legs... better yet if the girl is wearing high hills... even better if the high hills are boot [img]http://s1.tinypic.com/72gn37k_th.jpg[/img]
And on manga, girls with attitude... like Satsuki (Ichigo 100%) or Asuka (NGE).

i find happy people to be nauseating.

i like thicker girls (that youtube guy was obese) and skinny girls, glasses are a plus dark hair is a plus love handles are a plus just not super duper droopy ones

as for manga girls... as long as they're mildly confident they are hot
