I haven't done it in this kind of a scenario, but I've done similar things that have worked out great(still,results may vary).
Edit: Telling him to stop will only make it worse, ignoring him will probably work after some time.

THATS HILARIOUS. Roll with the punches dude. I don't see how this is such a big deal?
I'm pretty sure if you grabbed him and kissed him on the lips that might be the end of that.
I don't see why so many people are so afraid of being perceived as homosexual. Your friend seems to be cool.
And personally, when someone annoys me I will tell them straight up how much they are pissing me off and cause a scene. Honesty is the best policy, and it always works.

when people truly start to annoy me they regret it because for many various reasons i can be far more annoying. actually i seem to annoy people without even trying.

Me being annoyed, I‘d lash back at him(verbally) until he apologizes..

When I was in 7th grade, And I just transferred schools back then, there was this bully who annoyed me on our first day, ofcourse I held it in, (wouldn‘t wanna leave a first impression as a trouble maker then),
But when I dropped my notes, he deliberately stepped on it, hell no!, my reasons blacked out then, I stood up, gave him a simple stomach jab and a knee to his tigh (he was silenced then and just sat down), luckily, only 1 girl saw what I did, haha...
The next day, since the bully broke the ice with me, I started messing with him then, course he apologized and we became friends, but he still have a very bad impression left in me, so I mess with him once in a while..

Tell them they annoy me and end the conversation.
If the person persists, I avoid them.
It's best to sever annoying communication as early as possible.

To the OP, forgot to mention..
Me and my friends may sometimes act like gays infront of our female friends, but we just annoy one another in a joking manner, are you sure that your friend(?) isn‘t just being funny or somesort and just want to do this to really annoy and make fun of you??

Depends... most likely, I won't do anything. Not worth the effort. So in most parts, I'd do absolutely nothing.
