I just remembered Shino-chan wa Jibun no Namae ga Ienai,

Honestly, I really liked it.

So I'm looking for:
a better manga has Social Anxiety or Social Anxiety Disorder as a topic,
or with the main character dealing with his "anxiety" * Update
or even a main character that has another similar problem.

Any ideas?

• I'm not looking for supernatural, NEET and sexual topics
  I don't really like "super loser" main characters...
• Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai seems good since it's from those mangaka (Goth)

Koe no Katachi - the protagonist has problems connecting with others, and agonizes over trying to. The female lead has similar problems.

or anything in that sort of thing.

I searched for "Social Anxiety ~ Social Anxiety Disorder"
as "much more like a psychological problem".
Maybe I should have searched for the "psychological" genre too,
now that I think about it again...

Well keep in mind that psychological is very different then just having SAD character. I often find it hard to read them as the reality is warped. The Nightmare of Fabrication or Serial Experiments Lain, that anime of the kind of the golden bat and Welcome to the NHK are the only ones I would say are psychological. I think Mira Nikki is tagged as psychological but it feels more like a play or die + Yandere.
