There must still be an ample amount of truth in what madara told sasuke. The lie's are probably on the part about the higher ups and such.

Anyways I guess my predictions were out of tune, i thought they'd try to attack konoha first before collecting the other bijuu's. But it's still gonna be pretty long i believe. Naruto will probably be training again, and the collection of the 8 tails and nine tails will both probably get quite a lot of chapter time before the big battle.

I can just see the Mist and Leaf village having a war since madara is the mizukage.

I don't think that the series will end with Sasuke's and Naruto's fight, cause Madara has to ne killed by Sasuke as Uchiha. Pain,actually, I suppose, can be killed only by Naruto, cause of his 6 bodies and Uzumaki's shadow copies

Nice, but isn't the Mizukage, the leader of the Rain country? That would also make sense, since Pain is there too.

The mizukage is the leader of the mist country. I think that's the same thing as the rain country. Sasuke and Naruto won't have their fight for a while though. Sasuke would kill Naruto in just a few seconds.

well the development is getting more interesting. now what will sasuke do? what will naruto do? now that he has found out that jiraiya is dead. i know that sasuke will attack the leaf viilage and i think he and naruto will fight again and it might be their last.

I'm still curious about Naruto's parents, there just has to be something more to them then that one flashback chapters ago which included Naruto's mom...

i don't think the part about the higher ups was a lie, i mean Danzo was part of that part. honestly it sort of fits his bill considering all that we've heard about him is that he's overly militant. and the advisers haven't shown any consent towards Tsunade's decisions either. it's likely he told the whole truth there, or at least the parts that Sasuke wanted to hear.

OK just a clarification, the title of Mizukage is the head of Kirigakure (mist village) which is in water country, not rain. Here's a map to show the distinction between the two with kiri to the east of Konoha and Amer (rain) to the west.

I wonder if the mizukage that Zabuza tried to assassinate was Madara himself....

Don't know if this is completely true, but...

The spoiler does mention Naruto, code frog and training. Either Naruto's promising to train, or the code frog is saying that he'll get training.

The scene changes to Rock Mountain. Guards protecting a seal get defeated, and Kabuto appears in front of Yamato no Orochi (the eight-headed snake).

Akatsuki and Taka arrive to see the dead bodies.

I think this means that Kabuto got to the second to last bijuu before Akatsuki/Taka. Kabuto killed its guards along the way.

Now we have a Very good glimpse of what the next arc can be about!

He decides to walk outside.

He sees people sitting on a bench eating ice-cream. The ice-cream melts.
Naruto falls down in tears.

Jiraiya recognized you as exelent pupil... bla-bla

Next day Tsunade asks Shikamaru to decipher the code.

Then Tsunade remembers how she met Jiraiya for the first time, and starts to cry "Idiot..."

that's definitely true, characters and their interactions with each other and events make it good. and so far before that Sasuke arc there was a lot of potentially good forms of that.... though it's coming in a bit late now, looks like their coming into fruition.

I for one don't really care for this whole damned arc.
Sure theres some plot development but lately there hasn't been any descent character development at all.
Sasuke's still as stupid as ever (all he does is let himself be manipulated).
Naruto is as weak and pathetic as ever (all that training and no results and crying all the time - we get it already, we feel sorry for naruto as it was established in the first chapter because he is an orphan)... well sure he learned that "cant use it anymore" rasengan nuke, but even with it I seriously don't see him defeating Pain, let alone Sasuke...

Seems like lately Kishimoto's been killing off all the good characters. No more funny Jiraya, no more bad ass uber boss Itachi, no more whats his face ...Asuma (don't know if anyone will miss him). I have that damned horrible gut feeling that Kakashi already has one foot in the grave...If he gets killed too who will be left? We all know Tsunade's time is running short because Naruto will take over eventually...

And worst of all freakin Orochimaru isn't dead yet! Die already, nobody likes you! I hope someone ends Kabuto's misery. He had such potential but he turned out to be a nut job. I always thought Kabuto would kill Oro, but he ended up doing a fusion with him.

U gotta agree with Naruto being really weak. He gets awesome strength and then someone says he can't use it anymore, he had the kyubii and they said he couldn't use it anymore. He developed that new rasengan, and it can't be used as well. It sucks being naruto.

Wow I crammed like 100 chapters today just to see Sasuke be convinced easily once again. Does he not think of anything but revenge? And wtf? I thought Oro was dead. Hm...I wonder what the code is that Ero-sennin left. I wish he never died. He was the great Pervy sage! 🤣
