I was just reading Akira and I remembered reading this one manga, perhaps a year or more ago, and I am now trying to find out its name.
It was about a group of students who obtained various supernatural powers. Some of these students got their powers naturally but others escaped from an organization which their cultivated powers. I remember one of the characters who was still in the organization, (I think it was referred to as a factory?), who used his transportation powers to fly by constantly teleporting to a single spot in the air. I know there is a large amount of blood and gore and the the leader of the group of students (not the main character) had glasses. One of the enemy esper's powers had something to do with creating giants or something. What struck me as interesting was how their powers were based off their imagination, so they strengthened their powers by training their imagination.Any help is much appreciated.
