i thought the reason was already explained. THe aothor himself was the one who decided to end the series. he didnt get "axed", it was completly his choice. there might be some doubts but if you want you can go over to redhawks and search the forums. there was a discussion ever since the last chapter was released

If he keeps getting cancelled it's because his works aren't popular enough in Japan. End of Story.
