Anyways I like FPS and those 3 manga as well; don't know the 360 but it's bound to be one of the greatest console's atm 😉
If you want to convince a group about picking up a project search the forums; I remember a new group putting up a poll a short while ago about which projects to scanlate... Also you could check out some scanlator's website and perhaps email/post/... there.
