Pretty awesome chapter. With the admirals and shichibukai in one place, I hope that Oda doesn't disappoint on how epic this arc seems be. It'd be interesting to see why Kuma sent the straw hats where he did, since right now not all of them have been sent for upgrades like I thought. Robin might raise an army for reinforcements, but the others in this chapter have been sent to some pretty random places (Robin and Chopper aren't even in the grand line anymore).

On another note: does anyone think that the giant on page 17 (the one with Kizaru, Smoker, and Aokiji) could be Akainu? He did appear on the same page as the other admirals and a bunch of marines saluted him, but he doesn't resemble like the guy in ch.397.

Onepiece is getting epic every chapter! My heart just Jumped everytime I check for spoiler updates in Apforum!! 😲 😲 😲 😲 😲

The latest chapter is awesome! Has anyone think of the possibility that some strawhats landing on islands outside grandline??
I honestly didnt expect Robin and chopper to land outside grandline. Then again, just have faith on Oda. He knows what he"s doing. I;m sure the Strawhats will all meet in the Epic Rescue Ace arc.

Something tells me Nami will get help from Lola (once she gets off the Sky island..) since she has her Vivre card. but gahh..!! I can;t handle the TWISTS that Oda made in this arc!!!11

maybe, all the members will get at least 1 member i think... thatll be cool... or more of luffy's previous encountered endebted people might show up to help out in the scene... i mean even with white beard and luffy assuming they both share the same enemy, is way beyond outnumbered... its only natural other pirates would come attack while theyre at it, it would naturally help them... like the ones in enies lobby, the other 2 who helped luffy out for a brief moment....

I doubt that Oda will add in more members, being a member of Strawhats usually need Luffy's approval/recruitment and they all follow the same pattern- All Strawhat members have a Dream, Tragic past and something that fits in their job on the ship. I wanted Hancock to join but not what the people that other strawhats meet on the islands that they're in. It would totally destroy the Nakama concept in Onepiece =D

But yea!! Luffy's being outnumbered by all those marines and Shichibukais. There's definitely characters that will be allies to Luffy..

My guess will be the 500 pirates (possibly the captured Supernovas) caught by Kizaru in Shabondy. Plus, Raleigh...Mihawk..Dragon...Garp..Lola..Duval could be Luffy's possible allies. Maybe those ppl that the strawhats met will be joining forces too! XD

Shakky did say that one of the Supernovas will be like a 'leader' of the pack..the most notorious rookie pirate before entering the New world.. Oda's gonna make Lufffy BIIGGGG before he enters the New world.

Job - Again not really needed. Zoro's "job" is swordsman... not really a job on a ship. Robin doesn't really have one either. You could say her job is to read ancient runes but that's not exactly a job that's typical to a pirate ship.

those without a doubt work in her favor, but you're forgetting how much responsibility she holds with her. she's an Empress for one, then she's also a Shichibukai. she may act high and mighty from time to time, but in the end she's still a ruler who's people look up to her. if anything she's almost another Vivi. whether she joins or not is really up in the air.

I like Hancock, but i don't want her to join, I think it'd be more fun to see her and her crew interacting with the Straw Hats from time to time if they ever reach the New World. 😃

Luffy once mentioned he doesn't like Hancock and Hancock was first seen as Luffy's enemy. But!! We do notice the similar pattern of recruitment between Franky's introduction and the way Oda introduced Hancock.

Yes she is different from other characters. But only time will tell.
And yea, there's still Elder Nyon XD and who knoes what will happen to the Shichibukai and the WG after that EPIC WG arc.

another strange thing that hasn't happened is Luffy's Bounty rise.. Isn't it strange that Luffy's bounty hasn't been effected after that Shabondy incident?

As far as we know, Luffy's bounty Rise everytime he saves a female (future/current) nakama. (e.g Nami in Arlong park.. Vivi in Alasbasta and Robin in Enies Lobby)
Could they be something unpredictable happned to Hancock? Afterall, the Tenrybitto still have grudge on the Strawhats.. and coincidentally, Luffy is travelling with Hancock to towards WG. Something tells me something bad will happen to her..

But Sentoumaru and Kizaru are aware that those who were caught by Kuma's paws are being sent flying for 2 days..and the newspaper didn't mention anything about the strawhats Anniliation. Elder Nyon only mentioned bout Luffy's gone missing after that incident.

I know this is late and all, but check out page 15 of this chapter. One of the Navy crew says that if Hancock yelled out "Whew! I'm stuffed!", then someone could shave his hair into a mohican (I'm guessing he meant mohawk).

Then when Hancock comes out and says "Whew! I'm stuffed!", all of the Navy crew's hair has turned into mohawks! One Piece is the only manga I've read where it pays to reread the chapters over and over. 🤣

When I make my adventure story, my goal is to be as awesome as Oda is. 😃
