I want if it's possible to be a complete series and completely translated but if not then the series should at least still be getting new translated chapters. I'd also prefer if it's not a harem/love triangle story. Good story/plot is also very much a requirment.

Ai Yori Aoshi although it is a harem story of some sort against your preference.

Taisho Wotome Otogibanashi - Complete, 5 volumes, pleasant romance, pretty art, good characters and decent writing.

Try reading Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen. The main two characters are from opposing countries, but they decided have an arranged marriage to make peace. The problem is is that they hate each other's guts, but not for long... XD
