i think the madara/danzou theory is still there. Remember when madara said that he wanted to stockpiule good eyes when he saved sasuke, and if there the same person or even working together they could be saved on danzou's arm.
also for him to bring sasuke to fight danzou would be him possibly taking his eyes, so they only started to fight as acting to fool root

and arms that are ripped off stay ripped off... heads that are severed stay severed... eyeballs that are woven into somebodys arm cause infection...comic books that hold no ground in reality hold no ground in reality...
who is to say that madara didnt use pain to resurrect obito to steal his eye... or something to that effect... i didnt write the strory so im not going to tell it... im just saying there is always the possibility for anything
and you cant deny the striking similarity in jutsu between kakashi and madara...

to me they are totally different jutsus, result-wise. And While Kakashi must use mangekyo sharingan, Madara still has "normal" sharingan eyes while using his space-time jutsu. Thus also the activation is on a different level, meaning the 2 jutsus ARE different.

Why do you keep bringing up pain? The dude's dead.
And also, you might not be thinking clearly here.
Even IF Madara had Pain "resurrect" Obito wouldn't:
a) the crushed eye still be crushed (duh)
b) stealing of the decomposed remains (because things that are killed die...and rot. Crushed eyeball and all.) be difficult since he gets frequent visits.
It still makes no sense to me.
