The description of shotacon in the BU database doesn't do it any justice, but it is literally romance and/or sex between an older female and a younger male.

[EDIT] I would like to include that shotacon can also mean an older male and a younger male. I apologize; the definition that Wikipedia now has is very different from what it used to be, that is, what I stated above before the edit.

Shotacon is listed as the exact male opposite of lolicon. Lolicon: any attraction an older individual has to underage females. Shotacon: any attraction an older individual has to an underage male. Traditionally the term lolicon strictly applied to older males with underage females and shotacon strictly applied to older females with underage males. Again I appologize for any discrepancies.
