I want a manga that will help me give a new perspective on life and convince me to not think too much about suicide.

Probably one of those comfy SoL series like Yotsubato!, Aria, Amaama to Inazuma, and Mitsuboshi Colors

^ what he said.

If you're also looking for something deeper with themes related to life and death, definitely try Sousou no Frieren, as well as Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta. Ichinen ni Tsuki, Ichimanen de., Mata, Onaji Yume wo Mite ita and Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai.

You could also try finding a copy of Disappearance Diary in your local library system. It's an autobiographical manga with a unique perspective on life that has always stuck with me over the years.

Oh, another thing, force yourself to have 7-8 hours of sleep at night. It cannot be emphasized enough that sleep deprivation is a huge source of depression.

Also, force yourself to go outside and exercise. Lack of sunlight is another major cause of depression. Exercise is the best way to forcibly trigger positive brain chemistry changes.
