The titles listed on the Diamond list were not among the ones that Tokyopop decided to cancel...
Don't hate me but that sounds to me that it could "still" be canceled 🙁 especially since that article didn't specifically say it wasn't. Guess I'm just a glass half empty kind of guy..... 😔

BY POPULAR DEMAND, SEVEN FAN FAVORITES RETURN
After TokyoPop's restructuring in June 2008, several ongoing series went on hiatus, leaving many fans wondering when (or if!) the latest volumes of their favorite manga would be published.
In recent months, TokyoPop has been slowly adding these delayed titles back into their release schedule. Last month, they announced the return of fan favorites like Aria, V.B. Rose and Tactics. Now seven more titles are due back from limbo land in mid-2010. They are:
* Suppli Volume 4 Suppli Volume 4 by Mari Okazaki
* Pick of the Litter Volume 5 by Yuriko Suda
* Monochrome Factor Volume 5 by Kaili Sorano
* Never Give Up Volume 9 by Hiromu Mutou
* Nosatsu Junkie Volume 7 by Ryoko Fukuyama
* Satisfaction Guaranteed Volume 8 by Ryo Saenagi
* King of Hell Volume 23 by In-Soo Ra, Jae-Hwan Kim

not sure if this forum is updated but on TP's twitter account it says that all titles TP had has been given back to their japanese publishers and that they are working on getting their company back on its feet. They intend to get back the titles they had rights over. Nosatsu Junkie won't be published for a while as will other titles not be published.
This is according to animenewsnetwork, Oct 2011.
