I typically avoid anything with tragedy, and try to read ones that are more upbeat.
However, I've recently gotten into the mood of reading sad manga. Is there a series that made you actually tear up? I've read series that had put me in a somber mood, but I never actually cried over a manga.

The one closest to a tear jerker for me was Bokura ga ita. 😕 😕
