THAT was abrupt. I liked the "hollow" feeling of the ending, though. As blackmokona said, it fit the mood of the series.
Still, it's really depressing.

I'm not into hollow,deep etc type of ending.. I'm a realist, so, CLAMP make up your mind to do another go! Damn..(trying to speak foul language, but refrained..)

- how about the real goodbye to the old doumeki?

• what about our deduction about watanuki's origin & future to be Clow Reed?
• & what really happened to kohane & doumeki? Aren't they important for the story at all?

(sigh) This is basically a typical CLAMP's type of ending:
open ending, frustrating to the readers, too sudden & a bit hasty for a beautiful storyline in all these years waiting..
(feh~ refrain from reading future CLAMP's works to avoid from being disappointed) 😢

ah. I actually didn't realize that it was the ending. I checked why there wasn't any new chaps and saw the end on the last chapter that i read.
