well not really "ugly"... it could be they had some big change. (example: Katsubou no Manazashi chapter 4- he was small before but then grew bigger) I'm actually looking for a years change. but if you find one where they just get a make over that'll be fine 🙂
(also if you have some where the seme has the same experience, that's cool too 😀 )

Sweet Bitter Candy Uke is chubby but loses the weight.
Koiyami Archive chapter 1 gets a make over.
The ones below are same general idea but it's the seme who gets the makeover. Also none of them are really "ugly", most are just scruffy.
