Anyone heard the word 'nang' before? I know people that use this in their everyday speech...

For those of you who don't know and have never seen or heard of the word in your life, it basically means 'cool' or 'awesome'.
'Sick' is another term I hear a lot in the context of it meaning amazing or cool.
