It was a manga that was about a middle class man ( maybe a construction worker ) who falls in love with his boss. They end up living together in a huge appartment with a japanese room. Also along the manga one of them tries to dress up in a SM costume.

The second is a manga that talks about a salary man who encounters the person who dumped him when he was younger. The person who dumped him works in the construction field (Either as a designer or construction worker), he was also friends with the salary man's older brother. But he still loves him. They end up going out again.
