Well Shinji's shikai was pretty good, right up until Aizen made it completely useless. Although it was cruel I was secretly glad that Aizen destroyed Tosen, the Tosen x Hisagi x Komamura moments were getting too emotional, so finally he's completely out of the picture. As for Ichigo finally showing up, well I'm glad it's happened but is his plan really to attack Aizen before Aizen notices? I get the feeling Aizen is once again going to destroy Ichigo, I doubt even Kubo will let Aizen fall for such a petty attack.

Anyway, I dont know about you guys, but I have the fearsome feeling that Aizen will be on the brink of defeat and will escape at the last moment...I cant bring up myself to think anything different. I dont want to read 200+ chappies, still there are too many unanswered questions, so I guess I'm right. sigh

This chapter was decent, but two things confused me:

1. Didn't Komamura suffer a huge blow to his chest last chapter? Like to the point where it knocked his ass out of the fight and pretty much covered his chest with his own blood? How was he talking to Tousen like absolutely nothing happened?

Don't answer that, cause we all know the answer on how he was able to still talk...

2. Why oh why didn't Shinji go for Aizen's head when he had him confused? I mean, YOU HAD AIZEN CONFUSED AND SHOCKED. That's an achievement in this manga, and you decide to blurt out how your shikai works and even give him time to figure out how to counteract it? It's like Shinji replaced Rangiku as the dumb blonde of the manga with this and that time when he took off his mask for no reason whatsoever right before he tried to slash Aizen in half about 20 chapters ago.

I agree with the 'Shinji becoming the dumb blonde' statement. Why not attack Aizen first then tell him what your sword does! facepalm Other than that, it was a pretty cool chapter. I have nothing to complain about, really. 🤣

I think Aizen is so invincible not because of his strength, but because of the stupidity of everyone else.

More times than not, we get a flashback before someone dies.

So chances are Halibel isn't dead.
