But seriously, the ones experiencing headaches a lot.. Make them go away, they're just telling you that somethings messed up so fix it if possible.
I agree. Some of the people here need to get MRIs or something. To be honest, more than one headache a month is considered unhealthy. I mean, I thought I knew the outlying cause for mine, but I still went to a doctor for them, and in the end I turned out to be wrong. 🤣
I feel sorry for those who get headaches every day...I know how they can be debilitating. 🤢 Before reading the other posts I wanted to complain but I felt like a wimp for wanting to do that after reading the replies.
I guess I can consider myself lucky since I only have them rarely. And even rarer are the instances where I actually have to cancel my plans for the day because of them.

I rarely get headaches. I only get them when I didn`t get much sleep or when I drive for too long. I get them about once every three months.
Nobody really cares if you’re miserable, so you might as well be happy.

i have one right now! and its lasted 3 days 🙁 paracetamols have done nothing!
maybe need to spend less time on the computer............
Pretty much daily, and it's been like that since I was six. You get used it them if you have them often enough, so it takes a really wicked migraine to phase me these days.

Typically very rarely; only once every two or three months. I do have one right now though, but that's likely just because I'm violently ill and in bed with a fever right now.

I get headaches way to frequently. Sometimes, they're just caused by coughing/wheezing and aren't that bad; a few motrin will take care of them. But once every week or so, I get really bad, split-the-head-in-half headaches that make me nausious. Only way to make those go away is to sleep.

I barely ever get them, only when I have too much salt (which I never add to my own cooking) or sinus problems. My father used to get them all the time, and when he finally got a cat scan he was diagnosed with brain tumors. My suggestion to anyone who gets really bad headaches far too often, if you haven't done so, please get a scan, even if your doctor says no, as my father's did, insist upon it.

I used to have them almost everyday in highschool. I had to come home from school some days it was so bad. I couldn't tolerate any kind of light and most sound.
Heahaches are generally caused by 4 things.
1 And I believe the most common. Things bypassing the blood brain barrier that shouldn't. Lots of things can cause this. Head trauma, toxicity, emfs(cell phones), etc.
Generally this is not chronic nor severe pain.
2 Nerve damage. This can be pinched nerves in the neck, mouth(big cause of many peoples migraines), or nasal area. preasure in the nasal area can cause nerve damage by interfering with nerotransmitter signals ore blood/lypth flow. Tumors (self explanatory).
Many people don't realize that the ears have tubes connecting to the throat and mouth. If those tubes become blocked inside the throat area the body has a hard time regulating preasure in the nasal area. Mucus and ear wax both can be blockages. Ear wax generally after the ear drum, easily cleaned by hand. Mucus can block inside the ear around, or b4 the ear drum. Much harder to remove. Generally cause by poor blood flow, smoking(toxins build up, body produces mucus, fine hairs and other things don't remove it), swollen tonsels, throat damage, etc.
Can be both chronic and very severe. Any change in preasure can cause this. Preasure drops when it rains.
The body works very hard to remove its mucus PLEASE DO NOT recycle it. IE spit it out.
3 Toxins, heavy metals or other wise. The brain is mostly fat, water, and cholesterol. Its generally around 60% fat. If the body cannot remove various toxins and it runs out of other places to put them IT WILL store then in the brain.
Parasites seceret very small wastes which can bypass the blood brain barrier when its working normally. These wastes are a toxin and can cause a host of problems.
4 Emotional issues. These can range from seeming minor incidences to very large issues. Many times the person is not even aware there having problems. Try profesional help or techniques like EFT.
Pain is a signal produced by the brain. In other words the body CANNOT cause you pain. The body sends info to the brain and it in turn converts those signals over to ones cause pain. Its purpose is to make the conscience(you in this retrospect) aware that there is a problem. Basicly NOTHING focuses the mind like pain. Its very very hard to ignore.
