Im looking for a manga in which the main character is a Male, and he has a strong Magnetic power in him. Ill explain what i can remember

In the first few pages hes on the roof of an old building. Near the end he beats the evil super guy who uses a robot Single handed, and crushes it with his Magnetic powers. He saves a girl. And he has a thing floating around his head.

It was more of shounen. Sorta like Silvery crow
