Didn't Ben and Jerry's start at a college town that didn't have an ice cream shop becuase it was "too cold" for ice cream (except, it turned out college kids will eat ice cream whenever...in fact, it's my experience that college kids will eat most anything most anytime)? I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere.
Anyway, I don't really eat ice cream outside no matter what the weather. So, what difference does the outside temp make if I'm inside my house or another building? In fact, I almost bought ice cream yesterday. Granted, it was above freezing, but according to the internet, it felt like it was below.

Ice cream is good but snow cones are the best. In Texas where there is only two seasons summer (hotttttt) and not so summer. So i don't get to eat ice cream in the old and its too hot here to eat it before it melts. so my weapon of choice would have to be a snow cone. yummy.
