I love both swords and guns when they're being used skillfully and with good taste.

But my favourite weapon has got to be the scythe. I adore the gentle curve of the blade and the carvings along the handle! (Could look at one all day ^^) I wish they actually existed in the real world, though.

A Gunblade. JK. That was the worst weapon ever.

I would go with a lightsaber.

Guns are convenient but they are as good as the amount of bullets you have. but swords and other edge weapons are just brilliant you never have to worry about reloading or jamming just slice away.

swords are better in my opinion in most cases but there are times when guns are more convenient.

Most of the time I prefer swords or weapons with a blade in general. But sometimes I also like guns as long as they aren't only fired. I like the way kid uses guns in Soul eater for example.

But in a manga-sense i prefer guns with unlimited ammo like the ones Tasha uses in Witch Hunter

Between swords or guns i like swords better, but if I had to choose one weapon I would choose an axe

Second would be a spesific type of sword:

A sword in an umbrella, (cain also works but i prefer umbrella)
and i have only seen that once (countin both fiction and reality)
and that was in Hunter X Hunter, just wonderful.

If you're asking what I prefer in to see in my manga, I have to say I like it when guns are used as weapons more than what swords are.

But if you're asking what I generally prefer, then it's swords. They're awesome.
