I don't like guns. They're loud, and while really useful, kinda annoying. Honestly, I don't know why I don't like them. Maybe because they have less of an... elegance? to them.

Swords, knives, bows, hand-to-hand, staves; they're all amazing. Watching someone use them gives me the shivers sometimes. (Unless it's those crappy Hollywood actors... yeah, a couple of them trained enough to use them decently, but a lot of them are really bad.)

In reality... I'd still use a knife because I'm just that much of a fanboy.

I like guns alot, but if I had to pick between a gun and nanatsu-yoru there is no doubt I'm going with the trusty knife. Also guns were not meant to be elegant, just to get the job done.

But since I'm an indecisive person at my core I'd take the knife and assassinate the guy that took the gun, ad take his gun. Problem solved.

definitely swords, because somehow when there's a gunfight it sometimes appears to me as if the winner only wins because of luck rather then because of skills, well it's just my feeling 😉
plus swords look so cool <3 especially katana

an exception is Train in Black Cat he and his gun are super^^

as other weapons a prefere an axe or a... scythe. Fighting with them is rather difficult I think and they sure look unpractical, but who cares^^

Shiki is on a different level. His awesomeness goes beyond mere knife fighting. Shiki could use any weapon and it would immediately top the badassery list.

The choice of nanatsu-yoru as a weapon was in good taste along with his heritage though.

Swords are cool (katana, flamberge), but i like heavy two handed weapons too, like hammers, axes and pole weapons.
But i wouldn't refuse a Gecal (those who saw Predator movie, it was "the grandfather"). It's destructive 🙂

swords are better in my opinion in most cases but there are times when guns are more convenient.

i would say guns are better, the fact that you can kill them before they reach you.
A skill person can kill someone with 1 shot and amateur can get away with their life.
A amateur can kill someone but after the fat and bone will dull the sword and once you didn't kill them the first time you will probably die or just die by their hand in the first place.
A skill person with a sword can postpone the dullness of the sword but will be extremely exhausted.

the fact that close combat vs range bring guns to be more practical and efficient.
