I like it, though I must admit I'm not a big fan of the colors. Also, that pink roundish thing above the scarf - is it a mouth or nose? I can see it as being either, based on the line art, one so I'm kind of confused. Overall good job though.

Since it's a cow, I'd prefer it to be more in cow colors. But otherwise it looks like a pretty good entry.
