I looking for a manga with a male lead like in break blade oriris zero a normal guy living in a world where all people have unnatural power/abilities except him.
He mustn't have hidden power or be the son of (put anyheronamehere) ,he can be usefull(or not) but with his own skills.

Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu
Personally not a big fan of it but you might like it.

Let's see... I can't think of many but there's:

Iris Zero which sounds pretty much exactly what you're looking for, the main character is the only one in the manga so far that doesn't have a super power related to his eyes.

Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu is basically about a normal high school student who shares a club with an esper, an alien, a time traveler and a reality warper/goddess. But I'm pretty sure you heard of this one already.

Black Lagoon maybe? The main character is a Japanese Businessman who gets caught up with a bunch of bad@ss criminals.
