Is MU the biggest Manga forum around?

I actually hardly use MU for the manga/anime conversations, the Chatter Box is alot more interesting ^^.

MU is way better than Mangafox. Bigger =/= quality.
MU is more "civilized" and friendly. At least, I'd like to think so. It's quite active as well compared to a lot of other forums.

Most definitely, I don't think the quality of the forums is in question.
One reason I like MU is the format. It's nice, once and a while, to get away from vBulletin.

Yes. I love MU's format. I'm not fond of those vBulletin formats either.
As for the biggest? I don't think so. But it's not like I'm complaining. I love this place how it is. So useful and easy to understand (if you want to understand that is. I still laugh everytime I see someone asking how to download)

MU is most definitely the most polite and cleanest forum around. Almost to the point of annoyance sometimes. But it is very nice in its own way.

Even if mangafox is bigger, I find MU better by far. And quality is more important than size. 😉 Besides, MU is way more interesting. And the format is a lot nicer (and easier imo), as soahoho said.
