Lol, yeah a Death Not!xD seems like a very, very boring and especially tedious way of spreading chaos, or fighting evil or whatever you are into. Theres just a crapload of rules and since life isn't like manga it will be a pain in the ass to find out the names of all the people you don't like or just need to dispatch in order to make the world better.
Plus I bet that you can't fit all the names of evil people on that book anyway.
