well what i can remember is there is a girl (mc) and a guy (i thought he was the mc at first) they fall in love and started going out together (in high school i think) but there was another smart guy with black hair ( he don't talk too much ) , he never showed any interest in love or the MC girl , but later they will end up together ! i remember that the story continued even after graduate and i remember that the second guy was sick ! ( not a dangerous disease but he was absent sometimes, he is skinny and a bit weak ) i remember the mc girl always saying to him you look skinny but at least you seems healthy... that all what i can remember
