It depends on what you mean by old school.

If you mean by playstation games then the Lunar
Series is pretty good. I know it's not exactly old
school but Lunar: SSS and Lunar 2: Eternal Blue
are really fun rpgs.

Or you could mean Super NES games.
I prefer the Breath of Fire games and
Final Fantasy 2 and 3 or as most call them
Final Fantasy 4 and 6. Avoid Mystic Quest.
Not worth your time trust me. A game I'm
sure most people don't know of that you
could play is Y's 3: Wanderers From Y's.
Really fun.

Now to the N64!
Best games ever you could sit and play are Ocarina of Time
and Majora's Mask. Time consuming games but worth while
and really fun.

Hmm.... I would suggest anything in the pokemon series, or if thats not for you then !"the ledgend of zelda", "Super Mario", "Final Fantasy" or "Kingdom Hearts" are all good RPG games, I'm not sure how many of those can be classes as "old school" but I hope I help. 🙂

I'd say Fallout 2 and Diablo 2 LoD for pc 🙂
