I definitely agree with Kasai Ayumi. I haven't read any of her work, but her illustrations are gorgeous.

Yumeka Sumomo is a given. So light and free with a tinge of bitter-sweetness; That's the feeling I get when I read her work.

Yamamoto Takato does some really beautiful work. Not quite a BL mangaka, but he dabbles. It takes acquired taste as his works could be shocking to some.

I've also been a long time fan of Fujiyama Hyouta. Her style manages to be distinct, yet good enough to stand up against the mainstream hottt bishies.

I have weird taste so I also believe that Kusama Sakae and Tada Yumi's work are amazing, but most people would disagree d:

I saw that no one mention Inariya Fusanosuke 😕 😔 Her art is incredibly beautiful and if you love hot guys in military uniforms, GOD she draws them so... beautiful. I swear!!!!
