@Blissfull: TOO MANY. There was a whole aisle that sold $1 manga. I kept going through all my favourite publishers (since they categorize by publishers) and rapidly pulling out volumes so I could maybe recognize the series by the cover art (ofc i can't read the spines), and if 1) I liked the series (even if I'd already read the eng. scanlation) and/or 2) I recognized the series (I go through a lot of out-this-month manga lists, so I recognize a lot of new mangas >_>) and held some interest in it at one point or another... INTO THE CART IT GOES.

Would have raided more, but I only had like half an hour (I got to the store an hour before it closed, and then I still wanted to go to Kinokuniya).

I found a lot of Young Ace back issues for $2 apiece, so I bought two of those. AND I found some Nana volumes on a clearance rack for 50 cents each, so I immediately bought those (I'm not even a HUGE fan of the series >.>).

Total came to $31.

Then I bought 5 volumes + 2 magazines in Kino for $51. >_>;

I'd list all the series I bought but... y'know. >.>;
