Music, eating, MSN, IRC - all the same time I read. I'm also downloading anime so I'm just waiting there, killing my shitty RAM and waiting for my computer to shut down.
Most of the time I'm drinking something like Dr. Pepper or Root Beer.

Sometimes I chew gum, eat, or drink stuff while reading it though.

I usually always listen to music when I'm reading manga because I think it's too quiet. I'm also usually IMing my cousin as well.

If I'm reading on the computer, music, food/drinks, and arguments with my parents over when I'm "going to get off the stupid computer for a change!"
If I'm reading an actual manga volume, I'm most likely hiding in my room, behind my screen thingie, in complete silence and unaware of hunger and/or thirst.
When I think about it, though, the only reason I eat and drink while reading on the computer is because it's right beside the kitchen, and that knowledge is too tempting.

Jerk off, I only watch/read porn...
But thats not it, I also do chores like blowing away all the dust from my desk, doing the laundry, and brushing my clothes, sometimes I even consult the vacuum cleaner... 😀
No seriously, I listen to music all the time while reading.
Guess most people do that huh 🙄 ...

usually sit there and do nothing or else run on my treadmill while reading manga (wireless mouse and a hookup to my projector in the basement, big screen manga ftw 😛 )

I listen to music and sometimes do my homework, I tend to stray to the computer and find a good manga in lieu of my dreadful homework 🙁
