I´m gona try to explain ths as good as possible.

I want (if there are any) a manga where the main charater is the one that would be the seconday charater in other mangas.
The only manga i know of this senario is in Kuroko no Basuke,
however, im not intressted in sports manga, I´m into the supernatrual/fantasy.

I gona compare it with some mangas where I will point out wcih charater I would have wanted to be the main the make him the supporter/assisster.

Superior -- Lakshri
Id -- Lamia
1/2 Prince -- Nan Gong Zui
Psyren -- Mochizuki Oboro

The thing i search most for in the charater i want as main is the dedication for the charater they are following/serving. and the fact that they are secondary people in the main plot.

Things you want:
-Character secondary to the plot to be protagonist and focus point of narrative
-Plot to develop around another character or event who/that is not the protagonist
-Protagonist's loyalty to whoever they are serving

The only manga I can think of that does this is Cesare. Which is about Cesare Borgia but is told from the perspective of a random Venetian college student. There is no supernatural/fantasy aspect however, it's an accurately historical manga.

Something like Medaka Box?

yes it is as you say azureblueinfinite that is what I´m looking for, I´ll take a look at Cesare.

thx for the suggestion blakraven66 but I´m not realy into the school enviorment for this type of manga, non the less I will take a look at it.

Seigi no Mikata - it's basically about the older sister from the younger sister's point of view
Sumire 16 - lol, sort of abusing your request but... usually you would think the main character would be the puppeteer and not the puppet...
Anne Freaks - the "main" character is this kinda creepy furtive guy who does whatever the girl wants
