I didn't see her leaving like that coming at all. I think it gives the story an edge. Yeah it makes us all go mad at Eba but that's the sign of a good manga, when it starts to hit you emotionally ('tis what I think anyway)
I think it would have been very boring if it had cut off at that moment. At least this way it's a bit more interesting.

I agree I've been reading Kimi for a little over 2 years now and I don't mind some of the stuff thats happened. Sure some of its repetative but its not that bad. Also this reminds me very much of Suzuka which was a great manga even if it was axed. However I did find it weird that I've been able to call what would happen for the last 20 chapters or so right down to what they would say.

Oh common you're exaggerating.....
it happens that people could wish for some event to happen or a character to get what they deserve
but to go all out to say they you can predict every word in every bubble is just .... 🙄
