Still looking for staff here is the list.
Translators (the more the merrier): Should be able to translate accurately into English that makes some sense.
-Japanese to English
-Trad. Chinese to English
-Korean to English
Cleaners and Typesetters (2-3): If you can do both (editor), even better.
Quality Checker (2)
-should be able to catch script, cleaning and typesetting mistakes.
Proofreader (1)
-should be able to edit scripts for grammatical and spelling errors and make sure it flows
-basic knowledge in Japanese an added bonus.
Scanners (2 or 3): Someone who can provide us with manga titles via buying them and scanning them. Tank raws are preferred (very much preferred...), but we can handle magazine raws...
Raw provider (1)
-bonus if you can access Japanese P2Ps such as Winny, Share, or Perfect Dark. Not necessary, obviously

Most important positions needed: PM me or visit public forum. There are tests for all these positions.
Typesetters: we're stretched thin as it is; one of our typesetters has seemingly disappeared. accepting 2 good typesetters.
Quality Checker: 2 good quality checkers who can spot cleaning, typesetting and script mistakes.
Proofreader: 1 good proofreader who can spot grammatical and spelling mistakes, as well as make sure that English is in the style of the character.
