Fruits: Mmm... pineapple, banana, cherries, melons, all sorts of berries, etc. 😛 Just so delicious. 🙂 I dislike anything sour/bitter and absolutely can't stand chiku aka Sapodilla. 🤢 ;; Currently have a love-hate relationship with durian: the thought of eating it grosses me out but I've been eating it for so long, I can't do without it.

Vegetables: Yum, I like many types of veggies including lettuce, chick peas, spinach, asparagus, etc. Though I used to hate green peas, I'm kinda fine with them these days. I dislike anything sour/bitter like bittergourd. 🤢 ;; But if the veggies(bitter/sour) are cooked properly to neutralise the taste, I won't mind eating it. 😛

Herb of choice? No idea. I'm fairly clueless about this, though wolfsberry is pretty good when taken with chicken soup + white fungus.

Right, here we go:

Fruits: Anything. Literally. I'll eat any sort of fruit you throw at me XD And if i've never heard of what you throw at me, i'll try it 😃

Veggies: Again, pretty much anything. I like my veggies. Expect fennal...thats a bit too strong for me. Hmm. And brusslesprouts, I don't like them. I like broccoli though...a lot XD

Herbs: Hmm, now I don't know their names...but again, anything XD I dunno if you can tell but im not a fussy eater XD

Oil: olive oil FTW! I LOVE that stuff. Especially when my gran makes her own in cyprus. It's some amazy stuff i swear

Spice: I'm not a big fan of spice, but I have to say, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon are my fav.

What's your favorite fruit?

I like all kinds of fruit. But I'm particularly fond of grapes, lychees, orange, peach, berries and apricots. And lemon for when I want to flavour the cakes I bake.

What's your favorite vegetable?

I'm not averse to vegetables - I can eat anything. Yes, even bittermelon. But I do enjoy water spinach, choko, sweet potato and snow peas.

What's your herb of choice?

Coriander - it goes well with anything. Second would be rosemary - it goes well with red meat, especially lamb.

Type of oil you like?

I adhere to the adage that different types of oils are used for different types of dishes. For example, I like stir-frying vegetable dishes with ordinary vegetable or canola oil. For red meat dishes I use olive oil to get rid of the raw meat smell. And when doing noodles, I use sesame oil to give the dressing aroma and flavour.

Spice?

Cinnamon - I love to put it in cakes and muffins. I also like tumeric because vital to any curry dish.
