LOL... According to the doctors & nurses (I asked when my boys were babies), it just depends on how it heals~~they tie the umbilical cord, but it's the skin where the belly connects to the umbilical cord that makes the belly button, and they have nothing to do with it.

I kind of miss my boys' outies, they both looked kind of like the tied off end of a balloon.

I got made fun of in grade 4 because when my class went swimming, every single girl made fun of me because I had an outtie.

What's the big deal anyways... It's not like we had a choice.
