It just comes to me. There are things inspire me, but it varies by something as simple as, I don't know, a flickering light bulb, a squeaky door, smell of bacon, the way light scatters through leaves, muddy footprints.

I can't limit my search for inspiration by going to museums and listening to music. It helps, but influences the process too much with the original artist's intentions. It restricts novelty too much, at least for me.

Recently, I've had zero motivation whatsoever.
But usually (in most cases), music helps me draw/write/whatev. [I'm the type of person who can't draw/write without music in the background...I just can't write/draw in utter silence...the said silence will annoy me to no end XD.]
The music in question is usually Ludo, Final Fantasy XII soundtrack, or Mudvayne. XD.

There have been a few times when a few tv shows have inspired me to work on my writing (usually detective shows, or scifi shows, like EUReKA.) Although, I hardly ever watch TV anymore, so it's pretty rare XD.

Pretty much it.

Mostly myself, and admiration of other people. I'm a self-motivator.

Whatever takes my fancy. As an artist, the last thing I want to do is restrict what inspires me. The only thing that should be restricted is the amount of influence something has on your style and approach, otherwise you'll just end up imitating too much.
