Seven Days is kind of about archery. It's only shounen-ai, though

I second Seven days. Another shoujo i know of is Purikyuu.

Kaichu! is pretty cute. It hasn't been fully scanlated yet, but there's an anime of it so if you like it you can always check that out too.

Edit: I just checked out the anime, it doesn't really seem all that good. I'd suggest sticking with the manga.
