Yea choujii's dad dying is actualy pretty major; you wouldn't say it by how quick 'they' went over it 😎

As for kakashi, there's a pretty fair chance that he'll be dead for good but maybe when the raid's over somebody will shout: 'this one's still breathing!' 😛 But then probably with a major setback, perhaps kakashi beind (partialy) blind by sharingan overuse, or some permanent chakra deficit...

Danzou'll never be hokaga; it wouldn't do the story any good I think... would that make the whole manga just naruto vs. sasuke/akatsuki without.. well background 🤨 Well it'd just be an extreme makeover ~

i highly doubt Kakashi is going to die from just this though. the difference between him and Jiraya was that he was pretty much caged in that fight. while Kakashi is in the middle of the village with one of Pain's bodies defeated. Pain split off all his bodies in different directions, so he has a chance of recovery if Tsunade get's to him. the only thing is though how is this coup going to effect the fight, and what will happen with Naruto.

And is there anyone who wants Kakashi dead? I personally don't mind him dying, but it would completely mess up the story. Jiraiya just died and another death of an important character would make the story move too fast.

i dnt think kakashi will die either like someone said i dnt know who but we havent seen any guy action and with the whole slug thing like he has more of a chance of surviving than we think

but here something else consider this and this is a big speculation but...

what if madara/tobi/obito(we will call him tobi) and kakashi are connected wat if the only reason kakashi was able to get the magekenyou was not because his best friend died for him but because tobi has it in his eye which must make the other eye have because the eyes need balance once in magekenyou format so wat if tobi and kakashi are connected like if kakashi dies without tobi gettin his aye back it would have a drastic effect on tobi therefore tobi cant allow kakashi to die and we all know how fast tobi can go form one place to another so wat if tobi is the one to save kakashi and once hes saved tobi just leaves and for a reason but we dnt know its a possibility

If Danzou did take over the leaf, I could see Naruto and co. leaving the village for good. Assuming they survive the purge. I just don't see him fighing Danzou's private army. Yet.

I really hope they don't kill kakashi he is one of my favorite characters though it would be an intresting plot twist is danzou takes over, although if you think about it, it would be the perfect plot twist for sasuke to attack the leaf village without having naruto directly as his enemy.
