Only the title story, Lilac Nocture, has been scanlated. However it is well worth reading this one just for this one story as it is a direct sequel to Waltz was Shiroi Dress di that takes place entirely from Masaomi's point of view. You should read that other one in its entirety first as Lilac Nocture does include a flashback to that manga which elaborates further on the ending from his point of view. However having said that if you didn't dislike Koto already, you probably will do so after reading this or maybe dislike her even more. I really cannot elaborate on this without turning this comment into spoilers.
I really loved Waltz wa Shiroi Dress de, and I'd love to read anything else written about this series. I'm hoping maybe someone will translate it? Or would that be wishful thinking? D:
