I adore her work, in every yaoi by Ootsuki Miu I feel so many emotions, I feel this happiness that I can't help but laugh and smile, because both the story and the characters she creates are lovable! I can honestly say she's got to be in my top five favorite mangakas!
Unlike anything I've ever seen. These were very cute stories that leave you with a nice, happy feeling inside. Would give it an 8 buuuuuuuuuutttt... the art was disgusting. The characters seemed disproportional at times and even though the ukes looked pretty cute at times, the semes looked, for the most part, ugly as hell.
The stories are so cute and refreshing so far...!! The art tends to make at least one person in the couple crazily effeminate, but somehow with this author it doesn't bother as much as it usually does. I'd have given it a ten if in chapter 3 Chiyoda had been bottom and Ichikawa had topped.
These were some very sweet and cute stories. ^_^ Despite being short, they left you with a sense of completion, and they weren't terribly cliched or boring. The only one I didn't much like was chapter 3 with the second couple. That was sort of 'meh', but the others were good. My favorites were chapters 4 and 5. It's not often in yaoi mangas that the cutesy uke who is so loved by the seme is despised and thought disgusting by other boys. That's a touch of realism that mangakas who do yaoi don't often include, and that's why chapter 4 became memorable to me. What I liked most about chapter 5 was that Yuuya and his feelings were focused on most, but subtle things here and there clued you in on Souta's feelings, and they were really a great couple. So, overall, this manga was very cute and worth reading. ^_^
