Description
Tsuki no Tsubasa is the story of a group of vampires who are being hunted down by the creations of Dr. Victor Frankenstein. The twist here is that the vampires want nothing more than to be left alone and do their best to not kill anyone... and Frankenstein's creations are all in the form of attractive psychogirls of varying ages.

Character cast could have more even development. The plot components could be more insightful rather than being mainly powered by main arc characters' emotions. The flow of the manga was kinda choppy. Character costumes were kinda nice.

I wonder if the reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 was that my frustration for not being able to finish it carried over to my perception of it. That would be a backwards tribute in itself, although unfair.
I liked the characters, the setting, the forced roadtrip trope, and the ecchi bits don't get in the way of the story, which is always a big yay. The world construction & the backstory of the fantasy elements were very well done.
Here's hoping the artist-mangaka's newer projects will bring new readers to this neglected gem.
