I was a bit hesitant to read this because of the drug aspect, but if that's what is stopping you... don't let it. Mutsuki doesn't actually drug Taku, and nothing is non-consensual. Mutsuki does tend to lie and tease a lot, but I actually think it's a bit cute. The plot became a little over-dramatic and probably would have been bettered if Mutsuki hadn't lost his memory for a period of time, but overall it wasn't bad. There is also an additional story featuring a middle-schooler named Hakku and his stepfather's brother. I'd say this was a pretty light and average read. I give it an 8, which looks to be a little higher than average, but I like Yamakami Riyu's works.
