Description
Kamishiro Tomoki is an Otaku who is studying for college. One day, he received an outrageous "package" from his father: 9 year old blond girls who are his dad's illegitimate children from one of his business trips...... The twins, Selly and Riru are completely spoiled and drives Tomoki crazy. Not only that, the sisters have a "secret" plan to kick out Tomoki and claim the house just for themselves. I know, I was surprised as well... dont get me wrong this is ecchi through and through (though Im not sure why it has a harem tag, there's no harem here), and loli with milf fan-service.
But thats just window dressing the story is a surprinsingly competent story about family, I would give it a go and stick with it for a few chapters, it is sadly quite short as all good and unique manga seem to be.

I gave this a try even though i dislike lolicon. Well the first chapter has show the soft (potential) side of the protagonist.
As the story develops, its get better and better.
Overall, this manga's plot is wonderful and its give a heart warming family feeling to it.

Every chapter the protagonist and his sister relationship improves. This is not really a lolicon story as in each chapters, you can see the love relationship between the neighbour female lead and himself.
Overall, this manga's plot is wonderful and its give a heart warming family feeling to it.

The guy character is definitely a lolicon(or also a lolicon). Its funny that by the second chapter, he's saying stuff like "my real life non-anime sisters" cause this isn't realistic at all. So far from it. I could name 3 series, each that would be slightly more realistic than the last, just to prove how far off this is.
He also says weird crap like "their more like women" about nine year olds, and gets nose bleeds. I really can't tell whether this is good or not yet. Those 3 series that I could mention are already doing it better, with less lolicon fanservice.
I give these series a chance for 3 reasons that often overlap:
1) their about a classic loser or nice guy and his trials and tribulations that hopefully make him a better person by the end.
2) Other manga about inappropriate relationships, and the troubles/issues they bring have been entertaining(ala koi kaze).
3) Thirdly, So it's interesting for me and another variation on the trope, of a girl wanting a guy that he simply can't accept. In this case, its interesting to see how the writer handles a man rebuffing a young girl(especially if he can't get any other girl).
So far, this manga would be a 6, but I'll give it a 7 due to how few issues there are.

well i like the first 3 chapters, sera seems like a Rin of kodomo no jikan and i hope at the next caps. the manga take it a little more of history and content cause now only is ecchi and fun with not meaning...
