it wasn't sad. by willnira on September 18th, 2009, 8:20pm

yeah, it was pretty nice. Even if she didn't end up with the YOUKNOWWHOIFYOUREADTHIS, (:

but come on, it was so gonna be 'mmm see that comming' if she would end up with him, and that's why you LIKE it. 'cuz it's different and left you with an awww.

'cuz if it would end in the YOUKNOWHO character then it would SUCK!

Hmm... by Gingeh on August 8th, 2009, 2:12pm

Was anyone else, like, insanely reminded of Full Moon wo Sagashite when they read this? O_o. It seemed, to me, to be basically the same thing, only shorter, less musical, and with less of a plot.

I guesss... by Kisabell on July 10th, 2009, 8:48am

I guess this was pretty good. Like the rest of the world, I wanted her to end up with the other guy, but I'm okay with the fact that she didn't.

The one thing that really bothered me was the ending, however. Call me somewhat morbid, but I wanted her to stay where she was and not go back through the mirror-thing! It would have made for a much sadder, less-cliche ending. But then the author would have gotten loads of hate mail, so the fact that she nearly stayed will have to work for me.

Woah, vague much? Sorry... >.<

It was pretty good. by yumemiru on June 15th, 2009, 7:24pm

I liked the story through and through. It was one of the few mangas I kept up-to-date with, and I have no complaints about the story or the characters. My only peeve is that I wished the ending had been more "classically shoujo-esque", as in Guy B gets the girl. Because, honestly? I didn't think much of Guy A.

pretty good! by ps92 on June 8th, 2009, 7:54pm

i love this manga! it's really refreshing because the story is not your typical high-school-life-falling-in-love type.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
and unlike in typical shoujo mangas where the girl likes Guy A but meets and falls in love with Guy B, this girl sticks to Guy A all the way which i thought, was really... nice.

unlike most of the users who preferred that she end up with Guy B (the death god) i thought it was pretty cool that she ended up with Guy A

the bad side in my opinion, it lacks more romance and the art sucks pretty bad -_- so this is really cool if you like interesting plots and can tolerate not so pretty art.

this is really so good! i love it and couldnt stop turning the pages! (or, um, licking the pages actually) it is really sad and heart wrenching, and the it is really like the bittersweet kind of ending. the storyline and plot and stuff is really good!! i really wanted ayumi to end up with death god instead, but ....... the story is sooooooooo lovely~~ 100000000000 thumbs up!!

hmm.. by vietmee on April 17th, 2008, 7:47pm

the art was good, i didnt want to stop reading this but it was short..it would have been better if it were longer.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
I wanted her the end up w/ the death god..but he 'dissapeared'. The ending was really sad..well not really but it WAS sad. It says that the death god would dissapear and wouldn't become a god..

i wonder what happened..ughh i wish there were a sequel -.-

Meh. So, so by Twilight_Moon on April 16th, 2008, 6:06pm

This is probably one of the short shoujos that I like. I mean it is typical and the beginniing especially. But the ending had some element of sadness. It wasn't the best ~ especially with the pretty stupid heroine.. But it was okay.
