Description
Ken will do anything to become an idol, and his sister Ichiko will do anything to help her brother...even pretend to be a boy to form the new male idol trio called TRIJET. The third member, Kanzaki, turns out to be the same boy who almost kissed Ichiko only days before. It’s a good thing he doesn’t recognize her in her boy form, as she cannot tell anyone about her true identity. When she bumps into Kanzaki again in her girl form, she tells him her name is Ichigo. Having no idea that she's really the TRIJET member "Number One", whom he detests, or "Ichiko", the girl he almost kissed...Kanzaki begins to fall for "Ichigo". Things are getting complicated.

seems like i am not the only one who hated the ending. I didn'
t only hate the ending, I did also hate the whole manga.. somehow the whole manga is very weird, and I would be appier if the manga wasn't so long, i mena most of the parts are just weird. i just don't understand the plot.. the synopsis sounded very good, and the heroine sounded strong, (at elast for me) But after reading few pages I became very angry. so mad! what a weird manga, most of the twisted parts are just weid I couldn't understand it. I say again, it'd be better if it wasn't so long.

A light hearted Eh. Well, part of my opinion is that; I liked how the heroin always tried to be stronger when she became weak.
[Possible Spoiler~] Though I didn't like how the male protagonist seemed to be hurting her so deeply, and how she took everything so seriously, like he really could say something and it would hurt her so much, even though he was acting. I wish there was something to justify why he acted like that, like his point of view. I couldn't tell at all if his heart was screaming that he loved her, while he told her he'd never kiss her. [over~] Bleh. I mostly hated the last few chapters because much of their scenes had the power to make my heart hurt. Well, I was the one who got attached to the characters after a while. *sweatdrop* I kind of noticed that when the two main protagonists were kissing at different times, one seemed to be prettier than the other, but it wasn't actually like any one held the spot of being prettiest. Wow. All I can think of are insults to the wonderful Mangaka. I really think that this manga was worthwhile in it's own way, but would not be something I'd do back flips over to get. Simple as that.

This manga is kinda boring, and there are so many better guys Ichiko could end up with, or maybe they actually make a pretty good couple since they are both dumb. I just hate crybaby heroines and immature guys. Really she should have ended with Tendo, he really cared for her; and the heroine ending with a different guy than the main lead would have been a quite interesting twist.
And another thing, the first half is indeed gender bender and it's quite good i admit, but starting from vol5 it just changes and it gets worst and worst; it feels like two completely different stories are stuck together to get more volumes on the market. It just sucks.
Well the artwork is fine i guess, i don't think it's as bad as others said.

| i don't like that guy. I find the girl an IDDIOT for continuing to pursue the guy when he hurts her over and over and over again. She has many other options: guys who are better than K a hundred times! She's just a fool. K is so selfish and never once consider her feeling...the story is such a drag.....i am very dissappointed that i waste 49 chapters reading this |

| I have to say that the art is terrible! I've never seen any with worst drawing. I just dont like its typical shoujo characters and again... bad art... The story isnt good enough so i didnt read the whole thing |

I enjoyed it. Tajima couldn't have Ichika choose Tendou because he wasn't a large enough part of the story, whereas Tooru was the male lead. I f she had continued the story and transfered the male lead to Tendou, I'm sure Ichika would have chosen him, but since it ended it's not possible. It would make her feelings seem shallow. Just an explanation due to the bad reviews above.

this series could have been so much more if the characters were more original and developed.
i read it for the gender bender parts...you cant say its really boring because you still want to find out the ending...but the ending wasn't particularly good. there was hardly anything 'romantic' about everything...heroine cries about every damn thing...
if there was no gender bender i wouldn't have been able to stand it.
3 words: dumb and cliche
i guess it was aimed at a much younger audience...

this manga was really good
Ichiko is so a lucky girl but really stupid and not at the same time
the manga is really graet until they find out ichiko a girl because after this it like a new story good to but it was really a bad move from Tajima Mimi
but if you do not consider this it is a great manga.
if i could reborn I would like to be ichiko
( no I'm not crazy)

Spoiler (highlight to view) i hate the ending "spoiler"- she chose kanzaki the idiot guy, he always made her cry... he always ditch her and avoid her and breaking up with her cuz of his job... he sucks... how i wish the ending was he regretted that he left her and he just realized how much he loves ichiko, and ichiko fell in love with the other guy...and kanzaki was trying too hard to get her back again... he quits his job,just to be with her,he sacrifices everything for her , but ichiko can only see him as a very closed friend( who tries to do everything for her- just like kazuki in manga of tsumi ni nureta futari) and i also wish that kanzaki would say this to her "what can i do to make you love me again" and he kneels in front of her and ichiko replied "please forget about me, i can't go back now, i already moved on" and kanzaki asked her "why, why, why?)-saying this to her with a shivering loud voice.and ichiko said this to him "i already fell deeply in love with him,plss let me go" saying this ti him with her crying face and walks out to him...And i want to see this event too - he always see her happy face when she's with her new bf and thinking, he should be that person who makes her smile, and he's face looks so hurt. And after that he decided that he will just love ichiko forever and wouldn't expect to get his love returned... but then, one rainy night ichiko fell her ring (given by her new bf on her b-day) onto the street and she almost got hit by a car cuz kanzaki saved her. kanzaki was admitted to the hospital. And ichiko's bf decided to break up with her (he felt that kanzaki is way more better than him for protecting ichiko) and told her to go back to kanzaki... and ichiko agreed to it, with their sad look in their face... and then while ichiko and kanzaki were going out, kanzaki thinks that ichiko was just going out with him because of her guilt but even so, he wouldn't let her go no matter what and just to make her happy and would'nt let her cry again...and ichiko also realizes too, that she was in love with him for the whole time. And ichiko's ex-bf went out with his fiance (his fiance while he was going out with ichiko it was an aranged marriage)... and after 2 years ichiko and kanzaki got married happily ever after... hehehe this is just my opinion wether you like it or not :p

lol reading my old post makes me feel wierd i can't belive i wrote this...hehhe maybe it's becuz of frustration that i hated the ending so much and somehow i can't relate to what i said, lol it's been 2 yrs now since i posted it heheheh

It seemed really boring and choppy and I feel like I've read it before.....so Its not really anything special at all but if you havent read many shojo mangas before then i guess you might like it although me personally i only got to the first chapter of volume 2 then i pretty much knew what the rest of the manga was about so overall it pretty much sucked *my opinion*
